True to the head-to-head nature of the D&D Miniatures Game, the latest expansion set highlights miniatures which find their true nature on the plains of war. Per previous releases, the figures in the set are selected from key D&D RPG titles such as Monster Manual, Monster Manual III, Miniatures Handbook, and the Eberron & Forgotten Realms campaign settings. The set also includes an elite group of figures that come with a second, epic-level stat card, allowing players to assemble higher-value armies with which to do battle.

This latest D&D Miniatures Game release includes several infamous D&D characters and popular D&D monsters. Undead and other creatures of darkness figure prominently in the set. Various figures are drawn from key D&D titles, including the Expanded Psionic Handbook and various Eberron and Forgotten Realms supplements. Four miniatures—one per faction—also have a second stat card that features epic-level statistics specifically for high-level versions of those figures.

The Deathknell Expansion Pack contains a randomized selection of figures designed to expand any collection of Dungeon & Dragons miniatures. The figures in this set will be chosen directly from key D&D titles, including Libris Mortis: The Book of Undead, Monster Manual III, Complete Adventurer, the Eberron Campaign Setting, and the classic D&D adventure, The Temple of Elemental Evil.
